Business Trade Fair (BTF) values the participation of each member of the community and our goal is to deliver an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. The Business Trade Fair Event is designed to increase interaction, engagement, collaboration, connectivity and community, in a fun and safe learning environment.
Event participants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy and respect for others and maintain a high level of professionalism at all events, whether officially sponsored by Business Trade Fair or not. All attendees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, vendors, volunteers and staff at any Business Trade Fair event are required to observe the following Code of Conduct.
Code of Conduct
The Business Trade Fair event is dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of festival participants in any form. All communication should be appropriate and inclusive for all audiences including people of diverse backgrounds, sexual orientations and cultures. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate.
Be kind. Do not insult or defame participants. Harassment in any form, sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes are not condoned. All event participants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy and respect for others. This applies to all attendees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, vendors, volunteers and staff.
Participants violating these rules may be asked to leave at the sole discretion of Business Trade Fair Organization. If you witness or experience misconduct, please report it.

Waiver
As a condition of this meeting or event, participants waive any claim against the Business Trade Fair(BTF) and its officers, directors, employees, or agents, or against the presenters or speakers, for reliance on any information presented and release BTF from and against any and all liability for damage or injury that may arise from participation or attendance at the program. Participants understand and agree that all property rights in the material presented, including common law copyright, are expressly reserved to the presenter, speaker or to Business Trade Fair. Participation in Business Trade Fair events and activities brings some risk and participants hereby assume responsibility for their own well-being. If another individual attends in the place of the original registrant, per Business Trade Fair event transfer policy, the new registrant agrees to this disclaimer and waiver by default of transfer.
Photo Licensing
Business Trade Fair (BTF) intends to take photographs and video of this event for use in Business Trade Fair event news and promotional material, in print, electronic and other media, including the Business Trade Fair Organization website. By participating in this event, I grant Business Trade Fair Organization the right to use any image, photograph, voice or likeness, without limitation, in its promotional materials and publicity efforts without compensation. All media become the property of Business Trade Fair Organization. Media may be displayed, distributed or used by Business Trade Fair Organization for any future event purpose.
