COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement for Participation
All Business Trade Fair Event attendees, exhibitors & staff will be required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or supply a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours of arrival.
Additionally, and as applicable, we will follow any local and federal guidelines in force at the time of the event regarding other safety protocols, including but not limited to mask policies.
Fully vaccinated means:

• Acceptable negative tests results via PCR tests (within 72 hours of arrival at BTF) include:

International exhibitors
International Travelers and or attendees whose health screening was done outside of USA and are vaccinated with proof of vaccination (POV) shall be welcome in the event. You will be required to provide one of the following health screening requirements to our onsite security staff as well as a valid ID to match:
• Proof of vaccination
• Proof of negative PCR test results within 72 hours
• Proof of negative Antigen test results within 48 hours
We will accept physical or digital proof of health screening requirements. Each attendee will be required to present their health screening requirements in person with a valid ID.
